Orin has
brought the same work ethic and attitude of professionalism
to Roma's Back Door, located at 200 E. Comstock street within
the bordering triangle of Owosso Cinemas, JC Penney and the
Comstock Inn & Conference Center, that he established
many years ago in Flint.
"We
want the customer to leave happy and satisfied. It's as simple
as that," declared Orin. "We'll do whatever it takes
to accomplish that goal."
Roma's
Back Door Owosso specialties range from the traditional chicken,
ribs, mashed potatoes and gravy, to deep-dish Chicago pizza
made from hand-tossed dough, to in-house soups and sauces,
"fish and chips to die for" and a bread which blends
olive oil, cheese and tomato slices into a pizza-type serving.
The
Owosso restaurant, built where the old Evergreen Dairy once
stood, has kept expanding over the years to the point of now
including a dining area that seats 85-90, a meeting/banquet/party
room for up to 50 people, a casual lounge/TV area, booths
and tables for two with elevated chairs. There is also a "pasta
room" now used for display and storage but will eventually
be utilized for making pasta Orin said. Some people drive
45 minutes to have Roma's Back Door pizza in Owosso.
